Get to Know Me

Aspire came from a passion for improving people's wellbeing, in self, at work, home, and for our communities.

I come to this with a Bachelor of Social Science, and started my career in Youth Health, working with at risk and homeless young people, but at 23 years old I experienced significant trauma myself. I was a pedestrian, struck by a 750cc Motorbike travelling at a speed of 144km/hr (89 miles).

This accident changed the path of my life, in every aspect. Experiencing life threatening physical injuries, an acquired brain injury, PTSD, depression, rehabilitation, countless surgeries, watching family and friends agony over my situation, panic attacks, anxiety, guilt and many other emotions, I decided to leave my career supporting others and try and heal myself.

I spent 18 years in Local Government in Asset Based Community Development. We worked with communities to find and foster their strengths and make big picture improvements across all social realms. I loved the outcomes for the community but the toxic, demoralizing organisational culture was literally poisoning me.

I became a Mum and that changed everything. I had a new perspective on life, what was important to me, but I was stuck.  Stuck in a 'safe' job with financial security, and a relationship with none, both were toxic.

I wasn't happy, I wasn't fulfilled, I wasn't being the Mum I wanted to be, I had lost myself. 5 years on, pregnant with my second child, I decided to get out of stuckness. I decided to change, find myself, discover my joy, leave my children's dad, leave the toxic workplace, be an awesome Mum, use the life I was blessed that was saved by those paramedics.

That motorcyclist died. I didn't. I decided it was time I stopped wasting that. I decided to live every day in a manner that if my children were watching, it would make them proud. To be better for them. To be better for me. To be better for the community around me, and filter that throughout people across all communities as far as I can reach.

I tapped into my passion for working with people's strengths through certification in Level 1, Level 2, and Executive Team Coaching with one of the most highly respected professional Organisational Coaching educators, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL with Growth Ops).

I was introduced The Oranges Toolkit for the first time, and was elated that my personal philosophy of nurturing strengths, positive mindset and optimistic thinking was actually "A THING". With that discovery I completed a Positive Psychology specialisation through University of Pennsylvania.

Having a passion for wellbeing and a personal daily meditation practice I undertook a Mindfulness Facilitator Certification but I wanted to support people to make true and complete positive change. I have been blessed to learn Rapid Transformational Therapy™ with the famous Marisa Peer herself. This modality has provided an opportunity for massive growth in the benefits I can provide for my clients who now have freedom from issues they have experienced for years, often since childhood, in as little as 1 session. Check the RTT page on this site for more info.

My passion is changing people's lives on a personal level and in Organisations I work in business development, with a particular focus on improving workplace culture, and staff wellbeing for personal and organisational enhancement.

I am growing my business with my experience, and I bring a deep desire to move your forward, through your stuckness to discover your potential to break through your story, and achieve limitlessness success.

What I do is more than just mindset. I KNOW how to do it. I can show you how.

Are ready to change your story ?
